#1 crank up some upbeat music while you do the monotony stuff,even if its just a few minutes a day.

#2 Laugh ,Laugh,Laugh.

#3 Organization is the key,even if its just one area ,your counter,your desk,coffee table,kitchen table ,start somewhere & keep it organized for a week then start on a new place.

#4 Breathe deeply for five breaths, concentrating on inhaling and exhaling slowly.Make sure its quite or soothing sounds /music is playing.

#5 Peppermint or other scents that you may perfer.Aromatherapists have long relied on peppermint oil as a natural stimulant, personally I love it when my house smells good,just makes me feel good all over & gets me in the mood to clean.
